I’ve been pushing this practically empty bottle to one side for a few weeks now…pushing it aside to grab the half empty bottle of ketchup and when that finally splattt started to run out I then pushed aside two almost empty bottles to grab the full one.
Simply doesn’t make sense now does it?
So yesterday I grabbed the emptiest bottle, took a picture and threw it in the bin.
The almost empty bottle has had garlic, oyster sauce and soy added to it, was shaken violently and made into a lovely chow mein sauce. Which is what I had intended to do with the initial ’empty’ bottle and didn’t get round to.
I hope I’ve learnt my lesson; if keeping something to use – use it up soon! It really isn’t worth the space it’s taking up.
